Elizabeth Courduff, LMT

Since earning her therapist license in 2009, Elizabeth has dedicated her hands to creating a more integrative approach to massage by combining deep tissue, Swedish and sports modalities for the overall benefit of her clients' needs. She finds that being receptive to the body and its tensions, stress, and energetic components helps her to be a better therapist, and to relate more closely with clients. Her sessions are deeply relaxing, while being very therapeutic. 

 

Elizabeth describes her massages as 'straight forward' and enjoys watching the healing process unfold as the tension that a patient or client may not even realize is there simply melts away, layer by layer. For her it is a beautiful thing to be trusted and allowed to be a part of someone else’s journey through healing whether it’s injury related or stress relief.

Her outside passions include gardening and landscaping, painting, refinishing furniture and cooking fresh, fun meals for her family. In addition to her husband and 2 children, Elizabeth has a calico kitty named Millie and a boxer (dog) named Tucker.
