Donna Chen, LMT

Donna began her career as a massage therapist in early 2005. She maintains a strong passion for furthering her massage education and experience, having completed numerous workshops and classes including Oncology Massage through the Society for Oncology Massage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Somato-Emotional Release through the Upledger Institute.

 

Her many other certifications include Reflexology, Thai-Yoga for both table and mat, Sports/Russian, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Active Isolated Stretching, and working with clients experiencing temperomandibular joint dysfunction and headaches. She is also well known for her work with clients experiencing chronic rotator cuff issues, scoliosis, sciatica, whiplash, and trigger points. In 2011, Donna earned the Certification in Advanced Myofascial Techniques (CAMT).  Before joining our Limestone family, she worked for chiropractic offices and several massage centers. 

 

A fun fact of Donna's career is that she taught therapeutic massage for 4 years at a local massage school and  has performed massage on the University of Delaware Blue Hens Football Team for two seasons.  She is also known for volunteering her time by providing massage at the Delaware Marathon, MS Bike to the Bay, Easter Seals Volleyball Tournaments, and the Fair Hill Mountain Bike Race.
