Anderson Osim, LMT

Anderson’s work is often described as “a very deep therapeutic massage with a gentle approach to the body” by using a very balanced blend of both deep tissue and Swedish modalities. He is dedicated to providing only the highest level of care to his clients and strongly believes in the effectiveness of massage sessions which are built around a specific focus, need or goal.
 

He is very focused on the assessment of a client’s current condition and respectfully listens to what each client wants and needs to make every session a step forward on the road to recovery. In his massage therapy practice, Anderson integrates different massage techniques and modalities together for a customized session whether it is for pain alleviation, injury rehab, athletic events, or for regular maintenance.
 

Anderson’s greatest aspiration as a massage therapist and personal trainer is to help clients move toward a positive change. He brings body awareness and mindfulness to every session and will help customize a program specific for you by blending his degree and experience in personal training with his education and passion for massage therapy.
