Kate Meyermann, LMT, C-MLD

Kate's goal is to create a positive impact on her clients’ health and support them in their journey of wellness. She enjoys knowing that she is helping her patients and clients feel better mentally, emotionally and physically, often with immediate results! By utilizing her experience in massage therapy, she strives to assist each patient and client in reaching their goals of pain management, increased range of motion, and relaxation. She listens to her patients needs and concerns, focusing on his/her sense of comfort and relaxation.

 

She is an  IASTM Practitioner (Instrumental Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) and known for her Trigger Point Release Therapy, and Deep Tissue massage style. Kate states that she is particularly fond of providing Hot Stone massages to her patients which warms the muscles, allowing her deeper manipulation of the tissue.

 

Kate enjoys theater, reading a great book with her cat Louie on her lap, camping and playing disc golf with her family in our local parks.
