With a nurturing and intuitive touch, Amy helps her clients feel deeply relaxed, rejuvenated and alive. She is uniquely rounded and has a compassionate approach to every clients’ needs and values holding space, educating clients about their body and carefully listens so she may achieve the needs of each individual.
Amy's style combines deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques to reset, and relax the body. Flowing movement and specific work is also incorporated to aid in the body’s natural healing process and reconnect the client as a whole. Amy's clients have been quoted as saying that Amy is quite strong and uses just the right amount of pressure, every time. Her work can benefit anyone seeking overall wellness of being. She accomplishes lasting results for her clients by continually taking them deeper into a state of relaxation while simultaneously addressing the root cause of the problem areas.

In Amy's free time she enjoys attending concerts, hiking to elevations which provide amazing views and spending quality cuddle time with her 6yr old Maltese named Kelly.
